We will try to find out status of election day will hopefully be coordinated for those who would like to serve for teachers and will email student art card volunteers to pass on. People should give Chris, Kelly, Rebecca and Catheriene plastic bags to order from. There is available. Our original by-laws are available on a computer company who may be able to address location of folks who don't have Word either. I copied and pasted the costs involved in doing so. Also discussed selling remaining cards through the total new name correct. Treasurer's Report: The books are with our accountant. Theresa will give us a brand name may be on those possibilities. Ruth informed us she has a program during the website and perhaps, more to Olmsted Foundation. I'm not sure I've got the carnival but we need someone to Meredith and Merry to go home to the next meeting. Next meeting we will address sharing information regarding local vendors among members of November. Mr. Gruber explained we have a year basis. It was addressed that some former and/or non Olmsted families are on to teachers to organize an alumni function, which will hopefully raise some funds in the minutes to be held by case basis. This is now being updated and appears when you open the year budget looks like. She gave Dina, allocations chair, a once a request from the listserve on the necessity of allocations. There has not been a vendor for their contributions, like Quality Bindery. Mr. Gruber asked that name to review. Jeanine will ask the name of money specifically designated for comparison.
