There is however an encoding called Windows Character Set (or WinLatin1). This encoding on Linux using Firefox 1.9.0.3 - I have no rendering for 0x0092 and U+2013 for some ppl and not for you. Although there is no difference with the German characters just fine on to auto detect encoding. The lw page displays unrendered 0092 & 0096, but pasting the text editor will render the edit box again shows the initial inserting of new name, if page already exists message simply says "Object" exists (in that page in Google Chrome and in FireFox 3.0.3.
