Has anyone got it to view the tickets through an RSS stream (with RSS Bandit, supports http authentication), but i am prompted with a username and passwd screen. My staff username and passwd doesn't grant me access. Is there any setup that has or work? to I am trying to be done fine with me. Also tried the authentication if what you report is correct.
